| Martin J. Emerson is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Galil Medical, a medical device company since April 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Emerson served on the board of directors of American Medical Systems Holdings, Inc., also a medical device company, where he held various executive positions including: President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, and Vice President & General Manager of International. Mr. Emerson has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, including senior overseas roles for both Boston Scientific and Baxter International. Mr. Emerson currently serves on the board of directors of Wright Medical Technologies, Inc. |
| David B. Johnson is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Point Capital, LLC, a private company that raises capital for early stage companies, a position he has held since May 2007. Prior to Cedar Point Capital, LLC he was a Managing Director of Private Placements at Stifel Nicolaus. Before Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. Johnson was a founder and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard, Inc., an investment banking firm (“MJSK”). MJSK has acted as our sales agent for prior private placement offerings of the Company. Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry with specific expertise in development-stage ventures. |
| Thomas R. King has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2011. Mr. King recently retired from the practice of law at Fredrikson & Byron, a Minneapolis Law Firm for which for which he practiced as an officer for 24 years. He also served as a director and Chairman for Fredrikson for many years. Mr. King received a BA in psychology in 1962 and an LLB in 1965; both degrees were from the University of Minnesota. He began the private practice of law in 1966. Mr. King's practice was primarily in corporate and securities law, with a focus of entrepreneurial medical companies. He also served as a director and president of the Fund for the Legal Aid Society and is a past Chairman and director of the Childrens Home Society. Mr. King had served as Corporate Secretary of Incisive Surgical from 2001 to 2011. |

| Richard Nigon has served on our Board of Directors since November 2000. Mr. Nigon is currently Senior Vice President of Cedar Point Capital, Inc., a private company that raises capital for early stage companies, where he has served since 2007. From February 2001 until December 2006, Mr. Nigon was a Director of Equity Corporate Finance for Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard (“MJSK”), a privately held investment firm. In December 2006, MJSK was acquired by Stifel Nicolaus and Mr. Nigon became a Managing Director of Private Placements until May 2007. From February 2000 to February 2001, Mr. Nigon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dantis, Inc., a web hosting company. Prior to joining Dantis, Mr. Nigon was employed by Ernst & Young, LLP from 1970 to 2000, where he served as partner from 1981 to 2000. While at Ernst & Young, LLP, Mr. Nigon served as the Director of Ernst & Young’s Twin Cities Entrepreneurial Services Group and was the coordinating partner on several publicly-traded companies in the consumer retailing and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Nigon is a Director of Northern Technologies International Corporation. Mr. Nigon also serves as a director of several private companies. Through his 30 years of service at Ernst & Young, LLP, Mr. Nigon brings to our Board extensive public accounting and auditing experience, including particular experience with emerging growth companies. |
